        Important Summary: Michaud Player is a client-side media player software application. We do not provide, host, stream, or distribute any video or audio content. We do not monitor, log, or share your personal playback history or stream sources.
      

1. Information We Collect

Michaud Player only processes the minimal technical identifiers required to manage your device connection and activate software licenses:

Device Identifiers: A virtual MAC address and unique 6-digit Device Key generated by your installation. These are used solely to allow you to configure remote playlists and verify license status.
User-Configured Playlists: Stream URLs (M3U links or Xtream API credentials) that you explicitly provide are stored securely for remote synchronization with your connected player.
License & Transaction Records: Purchase timestamps, license duration, and transaction confirmation numbers for active device subscriptions. We never process or store credit card numbers on our servers.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect names, residential addresses, or personal phone numbers.
We do not track, log, or inspect the specific channels, movies, videos, or content you play.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to data brokers or advertising networks.

3. Third-Party Payment Processing

All commercial transactions (such as device license purchases) are securely handled through independent, PCI-compliant payment processors (such as Whop, Stripe, or authorized merchant platforms). Your financial data is protected by the processor's industry-standard encryption and privacy terms.

4. Data Storage and Security

Device identifiers and user-configured playlist URLs are stored in secure, encrypted cloud databases using enterprise-grade access controls and HTTPS/TLS transport encryption.

5. User Rights and Deletion

You may request the deletion of your device record, assigned playlists, or account information at any time by contacting us at michaud.player@gmail.com or removing playlists via the web portal.
