Michaud Player is strictly a media player software application designed for playing video and audio streams provided directly by the end-user. Michaud Player does not provide, host, supply, or sell any television channels, video streams, or media content.1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Michaud Player software or our device management portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the software.
2. Software License Only
Any purchase or activation fee paid for Michaud Player is solely for a non-exclusive, non-transferable software utility license to run the player application on the designated hardware device. The activation fee does not include or entitle the user to any television, movie, or media programming.
3. User Responsibility & Lawful Use
The user is exclusively responsible for:
- Providing all media content, M3U playlists, Xtream Codes credentials, or stream URLs used within the player.
- Ensuring they have the lawful right, authorization, or license to view any content loaded into the player.
- Complying with all applicable local, national, and international copyright laws.
4. Free Trial & Refund Policy
Michaud Player provides an unconditional 7-day free trial for every new device. Users are strongly advised and required to test their stream playback thoroughly during this trial before purchasing a license. Due to the digital nature of software licenses, all license activations are final once generated.
5. Limitation of Liability
Michaud Player is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. Michaud Player developers and operators shall not be liable for any playback interruption, third-party server downtime, or loss resulting from the use of the software.
